Our ingredients
Seasoned wedges
Potato, vegetable oil, batter mix [wheat flour, maize starch, salt, spices, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, dextrose, thickener (412), colour (150d)], mineral salt (450).
Contains cereals containing gluten (wheat).
May contain traces of soy and milk.
Skin on wedges
Potato, vegetable oil, mineral salt (450), dextrose.
Cooking instructions
For best results cook from frozen, do not thaw. Cooking times may vary with the model of oven. Watch carefully during final minutes of preparation to avoid over cooking.
Oven bake
- Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F).
- Spread frozen wedges in a single layer on an oven tray and place in centre of oven.
- Bake fries for approximately 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
- To achieve a crisper product, leave the door ajar for the final 5 minutes of cooking.
Fan bake
- Preheat oven to 210°C (410°F).
- Spread frozen oven fries in a single layer on an oven tray.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes turning occasionally until golden brown.
Deep Fry
- Check oil temperature is at 180°C (350°F) before cooking.
- Fill basket away from the fryer. Avoid overfilling
- Cook wedges for approximately 3 minutes 40 seconds, adjusting times slightly to meet preferred colour.
- Shake the basket of cooked wedges above the fryer and allow time to drain before serving.
