Our potato products are produced from carefully selected potatoes, grown in the South Island of New Zealand. The mineral-rich soils, clean water and skies of the Canterbury Plains produce what we reckon are some of the best tasting, nutritious potatoes in the world; perfect for creating a range of products that meet customers’ required attributes in terms of colour, flavour, texture, solids and overall appearance.
