Grown in Seddon and plucked from the ground in July, our Carrots are a family favourite. Snap frozen almost straight away after harvest, every bite is as sweet and tender as the next.

Cooking instructions

Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from frozen, do not thaw. Frozen vegetables must be cooked before use.


Stove Top: 2-3 min

  1. Bring a pot of water to the boil.
  2. Add the desired amount of frozen carrots.
  3. Return to the boil, then simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Drain, serve, and season to taste.


Microwave (800-1000W): 2-3 min

  1. Place 1 cup of frozen carrots in a covered microwave-proof dish.
  2. Add 2 Tbsp water, and cook on high power for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir and cook for a further 1 minute.
  4. Drain, serve, and season to taste.


Cooking time may vary due to the power of the microwave and the quantity of vegetables.
